Biographical/historical information

Effective May 1, 2024, the Department of Human Resources, the Office for Equity and Diversity, and the Office of Personnel and Financial Administration consolidated into a unified administrative unit within the Division of Administration and Finance Department titled Department of People Operations, Success, and Opportunity. The Office for Equity and Diversity was formerly named The Equal Employment Office. The unit is responsible for providing leadership for fostering a welcoming environment.

This collection includes correspondence, reports, clippings, publications, and information concerning Affirmative Action Programs, policies including those related to sexual harassment and discrimination, and records of Employee Resource Groups.
