Biographical/historical information

The Gender Studies Program, formerly called the Women's Studies Program, is an interdisciplinary minor administered in the Department of Sociology that supports an active network of scholars interested in gender issues. The program was established in 1985 under the Thomas Harriot College of Arts and Sciences.

This collection contains administrative files, correspondence, course and degree proposals, course syllabi, reports, publications, announcements and brochures, and affiliated organizations materials of the Gender Studies Program.
