The University Personnel Department was responsible for recruitment, placement, and employment matters. The Empoyee Handbook record contains employee handbooks from 1974 through 1985 as well as a benefits handbook from 1986.

The University Personnel Department was responsible for recruitment, placement, and employment matters. It administered the personnel functions within the framework of applicable state and federal laws, policies, regulations, and procedures. The University Personnel Department complied with such policies and resolutions of the institutional Board of Trustees.
Scope and arrangement
The Empoyee Handbook record contains employee handbooks from 1974 through 1985 as well as a benefits handbook from 1986.
