Biographical/historical information
William Ernest Evans was born 1869 August 7 to Joseph Evans. He married Ida Estelle Stuart and had Agnes and William. Evans practiced medicine in Carthage (McLeod and Evans) and Thomasville, N.C., but primarily in the Robeson County town of Rowland because he had farm property in Robeson County. Evans died in an automobile accident on 1930 December 11.
