Thomas Milton Carr, Jr. Was born on September 23, 1945, to Dr Thomas Milton Carr, Sr, and Rebecca Efiza Price in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. He served in Company B of the 2nd North Carolina Junior Reserves.
