This is the first in a series of interviews with men who were instrumental in making possible the state's current progressive program of wildlife management. Col. Frank L. Page, the first president of the North Carolina Wildlife Federation, reminisces about his conservation work, which has included working successfully with others to help establish the North Carolina Wildlife Commission in 1947.
