Between Raleigh's Boylan Heights and Warehouse District neighborhoods, Trevor Spear operates from one climate controlled container what equates to a 2.5 acre farm. His 40- foot container, which costs about $149,000, is an insolated hydroponic farm containing racks of gourmet lettuce.
