One of North Carolina's most beautiful natural attractions, Hickory Nut Falls is a plunging 400 foot waterfall flowing over granite cliffs. Hickory Nut Falls is located in Chimney Rock Park near Asheville with a trail that brings visitors to the top of the great cliffs and to the bottom of the falls.
