Abstract:
The International Resistance Company is one of the fastest growing and world's largest manufacturers of resistors. With rapid expansion in producing electrical circuits, the company built a plant in the later half of 1952 in Asheville, North Carolina. The company, with another plant in Boone, has over 360 employees of which, at its own expense, it provides full coverage insurance and health care.
