Abstract:
The Little Mint, founded by Wilbur Hardee, incorporated in 1963. Headquartered in Greenville, the 36-units fast food chain employs around six hundred. All but two of its restaurants are located in eastern North Carolina, and they specialize in hamburgers, hot dogs, seafood, and fried chicken.
