On May 9, 1835, Lemuel Perkins, Jr. gave his wife, Elizabeth Perkins, several tracts of land; one being land Lemuel Perkins, Jr. bought of Sally Ann Howard, descended to her from Elizabeth Bryan, descended to her by the death of Sally Williams. Also a tract Lemuel Perkins, Jr.bought of Luke Short set apart to William Williams, Sally Williams, and Arena Williams, heirs of Brittain Williams.
