The Hackney Gin Distillery and pasture-to-plate restaurant based in Washington, NC strives to give patrons a true taste of coastal cuisine. Along with serving a variety of dishes that range from oyster and mussels to steak and lamb, Hackney is well-known for its delectable cocktails poured with its in-house gin, 1,000 Piers Coastal Carolina.
