Partners J. Shields Harvey, Jim Hance, and Charles Dickson purchased Charlotte-based Consolidated Coin Caterers Corp. in 1985. The company has over 10,000 drink, food, and cigarette vending machines in plants, offices, and hospitals. 4C's, as it is known, expects to gross $44 million in 1986.
