Abstract:
Thomas Relfe, born about 1645, got a land patent in Albemarle Precinct, North Carolina in 1663. He was active in the Anglican Church, served as a Justice, High Sheriff and Surveyor General of Albemarle Precinct. Relfe was a member of the NC Assembly and in 1712 became a justice of the General Court. He died between October 1713 and August 1714; his Will being probated in 1720.
