Bishop Jerry McCrary was licensed and ordained as an Elder on Oct. 11, 1975 at the Annual Conference of the Northeast "B" Division of the UAFWB Denomination, making him the youngest Elder in the history of that denomination. in 1991, McCrary a native and resident of Parmele founded The Youth Conference Inc., designed to assist youth in artistic, academic, social and spiritual development.
