Abstract:

Williamston resident, Heber Coltrain started Roanoke Outdoor Adventures in 2011 to provide guide and outfitter services to paddlers using the Roanoke River. After a 40-plus year career in insurance and real estate, ha has spent the last 10 years assisting well over 1,000 paddlers with their river adventures.
