Abstract:
Lepper appeared in the North Carolina colony in August 1679. He was a Council member, marshal and Justice of the Peace of the county court of Albemarle County, Bath Court and Perquimans Precinct Court. His Will was proven in 1719 in Craven Precinct, Bath County, NC.
