The estate was originally home to Julian Price, a philanthropist, whose fortune was made through the Jefferson Standard Life Insurance Co. current owners Michael and Eric Fuko-Rizzo have spent more than seven years transforming the once vine-covered mansion into its current stance as the Julian Price House Inn & Gardens.
