Abstract:

Walter Bollenbacher’s research laboratory focuses on neurosecretion and its control of insect development. He gives undergraduates working in his lab the opportunity to participate in laboratory projects and teaches them how to conduct meaningful experiments.

Abstract:

UNC researchers believe one way to prevent chronic respiratory disease in adults might be to reduce chronic respiratory problems in children. They are conducting a study that involves direct interventions to educate a child’s main caretaker about the hazards of exposure to tobacco smoke.
