MINUTES OF THE STAFF MEETING OF THE PSYCHOLOGY DEPARTMENT

February 3, 1964

The staff of the Psychology Department met in Rawl 232 at 4 o'clock p.m.,
Monday, February 3, 1964,

Present: Dr. Clinton R. Prewett, Chairman, Mr. Robert Graham, Dr. C. T.
Martoccia, Dr. Willie Mae Gillis, Dr. Suby Bliss, Dr. Jacob
Mandel, Dr. J. R,. Clarke, Dr. Benjamin Allen, Mr. Larry Byrd,
Dr, A. V. Griffith, Mr. C. R, Dixon, Mrs. Hazel Stapleton,
ir, Ed, Nicholson; Teaching Fellows Larry Whitlock, Gene Wood,
Dan Winslow, and Franklin Sadlack.

Dr. Clarke presented a report for the Admissions and Thesis Committee in
behalf of his committee. A copy of the report is attached.

A comprehensive committee was to be appointed by the Chairman to deal with
a variety of questions concerned with the comprehensive examination. Some
of the questions are also appended to these minutes,

The meeting adjourned at 5 o'clock,
