Kurtz Restaurant agrees to prepare, deliver and set up for serving individually-
boxed lunches from the following menu at a cost of $7.00 per box:

beverage cups. Canned soft drinks will be delivered by Kurtz in coolers which

rotunda at My Old Kentucky Home State Park on serving tables provided by Kurtz no
later than 12 noon on Friday, October 25. In case of inclement weather, the
Nelson County Civic Center will serve as the rainsite location.

Approximately 65 people are expected. The Institute agrees to provide Kurtz
Restaurant with a definite meal count, within five people, no later than Monday,
October 21, 1991. The Institute will be charged for the total number of lunches
delivered to the rotunda on Friday, October 25, and for all canned soft drinks
opened.

Kurtz Restaurant agrees to provide the Insitute of Outdoor Drama will an itemized
bill for these services no later than November 11, 1991. Upon receipt of this
invoice, the Institute will initiate a request for payment through the accounting
office of/she University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Dear Marilyn:

We are delighted that Kurtz Restaurant will be catering lunch on Friday, October
25 for participants of the 1991 National Conference on Outdoor Drama, to be held
in Bardstown, October 24-27, I�?�m writing now to confirm the arrangements you and
I talked about a few weeks ago. If these meet with your approval, please sign
and return the enclosed memo of agreement.

All conference events on Friday afternoon will take place at the rotunda on the
grounds of My Old Kentucky Home State Park. In the event of inclement weather,
the Nelson County Civic Center will serve as an alternate location. We are
anticipating approximately 65 people for lunch. Here is the schedule of events
for the day:

1. when we want the lunches delivered and ready for consumption
2. napkins
3. eating utincils
4 plastic cpps (or just what they will provide for us to drink
out of) cans are not suitable!
ice 9 clean enough for use in drinking cups . .. not the ice
used in a coller to keep cans cool -
state what kind of sandwiches they w81l prepare for us
