Dear Mr. Parker:

I appreciate this opportunity to work with you and for you to
set up your convention in Historic Bardstown, Kentucky.

I tentatively have set up the following schedule for you due to
the fact Bardstown books solid for October with fall foliage tours.
You are in no way obligated to adhere to this schedule. You may
want to incorporate some meeting planning into this day. Let

this itinerary just be thought provoking. Schedule as follows:

Friday - 1 Hour hospitality sponsored by Bardstown-Nelson
County Tourist Commission. Fit in anywhere.

Saturday - 9am-Noon Tour Historic Bardstown By Bus
Tour Amphitheatre
12:30-3:00pm Schedule lunch and discussion
3:00-4:00pm Selective Skit by Stephen Foster
Singers per Musical Director
4:00-5:00pm Old Ky Home State Park Tour
5:00-6:00pm Around The Town Carriage Rides
6:00-7:30pm Eat at The Old Talbott Tavern
or The Old Stable.

Per your request, I have enclosed some photos --- wish I had a
better selection.

David Brown, our Musical Director, guaranteed me he would do a
skit with music. He said we may want to word it "selection from
one of our scenes" to cover all basis since the decision will

be made on the scenes at a later date.

Terah Gills, Publicist, will forward my press release under a
separate cover today.
