Dear Bert and Carlene:
I am all set to arrive in Louisville at 11:07, Saturday, June 8. I will
rent a car and drive on down to Bardstown from there. Carlene, I
appreciate the offer to book me into the Holiday Inn for that night.
Many thanks.
In that I've been through many an opening night, I will certainly not
count on anyone's time on Saturday. But, if you could fit me in the
theatre, that would be all I could ask.
When we could meet is entirely up to you folks. I will be available
any time and want to fit into your busy schedule without causing
too much disruption. If it works out best that we can meet on Saturday,
then Saturday it is. If Sunday is better (and I should think it would
be), Sunday will be great.
I would like to sit down and talk through the conference schedule,
when it would be best to tour the theatre, how long it would take,
when it would be best to schedule this and that. And, Carlene, if
you have the time to take me through the Holiday Inn procedure, I
would be very grateful. I will come prepared with a list of as many
of our needs as possible.
My flight out on Sunday, June 9, is scheduled for 6:40pm; so I suppose
I should leave Bardstown around 5:15pm or so. Up until then, I'm
totally free to fit in whenever its best for you guys.
Several folks have asked where the annual conference will be this year,
and when we've told them Bardstown, they were very excited. I knew it
would be so. A perfect choice!
When we get a little closer to the 8th, I will call to double check.
