Dear David:

This is to confirm our agreement that you will serve as moderator of a panel on
the program of the 1991 National Conference on Outdoor Drama, sponsored by the
Institute of Outdoor Drama. The conference will take place October 24-27, in
Bardstown, KY, home of Paul Green?Ts The Stephen Foster Story.

The panel you will lead, "The Americans with Disabilities Act: The Mandate," is
scheduled for Friday, October 25, 3:15pm until 4:30pm, in the open-air Rotunda on
the grounds of My Old Kentucky Home. Joining you on the panel are:

Chuck Robertson 501-253-8559
General Production Manager

The Great Passion Play

Box 471

Eureka Springs, AR 72632

Marion Waggoner 614-775-4100
Producer/Artistic Director

Tecumseh!

PO BX 73

Chillicothe, OH 45601

As you know, it is up to the moderator to keep the discussion from getting bogged
down, off the track, or derailed. Be sure to leave sufficient time at the end
for questions from the floor. This is particularly important on this panel,
since there are likely to be a lot of questions.

Thanks for agreeing to lead this important panel, David. I have enclosed a copy
of the conference schedule which has already gone to press. You will be
receiving the brochure with conference registration and hotel reservation forms
in early September.

Sincerely,

Scott J. Parker
Director
