Dear Patty:

This is to confirm our agreement that you will serve as master of ceremonies for
the Saturday evening banquet at the 1991 National Conference on Outdoor Drama,
sponsored by the Institute of Outdoor Drama. The conference will be held October
24-27, in Bardstown, KY, home of Paul Green?Ts The Stephen Foster Story.

The banquet will take place Saturday, October 26, from 7:30pm until 9:00pm, at
The Holiday Inn in Bardstown. You will need to introduce the guests at the head

table, as well as the banquet speaker, Ed Henson, and Nancy Barker and Blake
Barker, who will be providing after-dinner entertainment. You will also
introduce me, as I will be presenting the Sumner Award. We will be sending you a
list of the people who will be seated at the head table, along with a brief
biographical note on each person you will be introducing.

I have enclosed a copy of the conference schedule which has already gone to
press. You will receive the brochure containing conference registration and

hotel reservation forms in early September. In the meantime, give me a call if
you have questions.

We°re looking forward to seeing you in Bardstown!

Sincerely,

Scott J. Parker
Director
