Dear Jim:

This is to confirm our agreement that you will serve as master of ceremonies for
the opening night banquet at the 1991 National Conference on Outdoor Drama,
sponsored by the Institute of Outdoor Drama. The conference will be held October
24-27, in Bardstown, KY, home of Paul Green???s The Stephen Foster Story.

The opening night banquet will take place Thursday, October 24, from 7:30pm until
9:00pm, at The Holiday Inn in Bardstown. You will need to introduce the guests
at the head table, as well as the banquet speaker, Ron Gentry, and Bill and
Martha Nell Hardy. We will be sending you a list of the people who will be
seated at the head table, along with a brief biographical note on each person you
will be introducing.

I??ove enclosed a copy of the conference schedule which has already gone to press.
You will receive a brochure with conference registration and hotel reservation
forms in early September. In the meantime, please feel free to give me a call if
you have questions.
