Dear Bert:

This is to confirm our agreement that you will serve as moderator for a panel on
the program of the 1991 National Conference on Outdoor Drama, to be held October
24-27 in Bardstown, KY.

The panel "Community Relations: A Case Study" is scheduled for 1:15pm until
2:30pm on Saturday, October 26, at The Holiday Inn. I will leave it up to you to
contact the other panelists to discuss organization of the session.

As moderator, your job will be to keep the discussion moving and see that we stay
on track. Be sure to allow sufficient time at the end for questions from.the
floor.
