Includes articles on a new peer partner and tutor program, a new racial and ethnic harassment policy, the reactivation of the Native American Student Organization, and the creation of a minority presence initiative that "sets aside funds for honoraria and travel expenses to support visits by minority scholars, especially black scholars to East Carolina University".
