"Oops" sorta...this is obviously a new building. The 918 Dickinson address is where the drug store used to be.
The "Miller's Greenville, NC City Directory" of 1962-1963 says that Hollowell's Drug Store was located at 918 Dickinson Avenue, Greenville, NC, owned by W. Clyde Hollowell, phone PL2-7105.Source: https://archive.org/details/millersgreenvill19621963

After some "Google street viewing," this building looks like the same one at the intersection of Dickinson Avenue and W 9th Street, Greenville, NC. The Google Street View imagery has the place as the "Fusion Skate Park." But then, I may be wrong (again).
