Norman Pollard's Native Market grocery store on North Greene St. Located on Dudley st next to my father Darwin Waters station. This was likely during hurricane Hazel, Daddy said the only time water flooded across Greene st before hurricane Floyd was during Hazel. In the background is the building Leo Hawkins had for his construction business. Leo had a peach orchard at the intersection of the Old River Rd and the Belvoir hwy( hwy 33 ) after he retired from construction. Norman and his wife Earline lived above the grocery store.
