Sheriff Tyson believes the gentleman to the left is Marvin Coward, who was a jailer. He believes the woman to the right is an inmate assigned to kitchen duties. This photo was taken in the OLD "jailhouse" which was torn down in 1964 to make way for construction of the 1965 jail annex.
