Abstract:
This issue of Land Records Bulletin begins a new series with the purpose of keeping registers of deeds, county attorneys, and other county and municipal officials concerned with land records informed of relevant statutory changes and recent court decisions. This bulletin summarizes and briefly discusses legislation passed by the 1979 NC General Assembly that is of interest to registers of deeds.
