Abstract:

The Mount Hope Finishing Company of Butner does not make any product; instead, it finishes the fabrics for those who do. The firm finishes and dyes fabrics used in the manufacture of draperies, shirts, blouse, lingerie, underwear, pocketing and related items. The company started in Butner in 1951.
