Abstract:
On December 28, 2012, President Obama signed a bill transferring ownership of the McKinney Lake National Fish Hatchery in Hoffman to the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission. The hatchery produces over 130,000 channel catfish for stocking in the state's public waters.
