Abstract:
The Dairy Enterprise System in the Department of Food Bio processing and Nutrition Sciences at NC State University have been producing eggnog since the 1980s. At first given to first-comers free, the very popular item is now available for purchase on a seasonal basis through NC State's Howling Cow Dairy Education Center off Lake Wheeler Road in Raleigh.
