"NASCAR's leaders say embracing inclusion is a key strategy--and the right thing to do." Brandon Thompson is NASCAR's vice president for diversity and inclusion. According to a research study, about half of the newest NASCAR fans are onowhite, including 23% Hispanic, 17% Black and 10% Asian.
