Abstract:

Gary J. Salamida, president and CEO with the NC Camber of Commerce reports what he and his organization are doing to make diversity , equity and inclusion a priority. Some of the more recent implementations include a short term disability plan, second chance hiring practices and a Workplace Diversity and Inclusion Conference started in 2017.
