The commencement speech is given by ECU graduate Sandra Mims Roe. Awards are presented, doctoral and master's candidates recognized, and deans present baccalaureate candidates from their schools. Chancellor Eakin gives closing remarks, followed by the benediction, Alma Mater, and recessional. Run time 145 min. Dates approximated.
