Hilma, home of John L. Bridgers, Jr., circa 1890. It was located adjacent to what is now West Wilson Street in Tarboro, N.C. Bridgers is perhaps best known for his collaboration with Joseph Kelly Turner on a history of Edgecombe County, N.C., which was published in 1920.
