Digital photographs of President Joe Biden visiting East Carolina University on October 27, 2008 as part of his vice-presidential campaign on the ticket with President Barrack Obama. Various local, state, and university-realted figures are included in the photographs including future Chancellor Phil Rogers, First District Congressman G. K. Butterfield, North Carolina State Senator Don Davis, Student Government Association president M. Cole Jones, Professor of Japanese Tricia Wilson-Okamura, Greenville City Council Member and Professor of Religion Calvin Mercer, Joyner Library Director Larry Boyer, Special Assistant to the Provost Austin Bunch, and Daily Reflector Publisher and ECU Board of Trustees member D.
