Photograph is a front elevation view of a two-story house with white siding, a shingled roof, and exterior brick chimneys on the ends. Three windows with black louvered shutters are visible on the top story, the lower story has two doors centered between two windows, under a full-width covered porch with white square columns. An extension off the house, with one visible window and a brick chimney, is visible to the left of the main structure. A small outbuilding is visible at the left edge. A short white fence with a gate spans the width of the photograph. Two trees stand in the foreground, one of which partially obscures the house, and other trees stand to the sides and rear of the house. Inscription on verso reads: "3 x 4 120 Sq. John M. Faison." Dates approximated.
