Saturday, July 6, 1963, Pg. 6 Text: Not an eagle but a hawk killed by Lem Wilson in his backyard in Winterville about 2am Friday morning. Wilson's granddaughter, Nina Wilson, displays the hawk which sports a 24 inch wingspread.
