Description
The Original Wright Fountain at Wright Circle of East Carolina Teachers College. It was dedicated in 1932 in honor of Robert H. Wright, the first president of East Carolina Teachers Training School. It was a campus icon and was removed in 2007 due to the unsound foundation.

The building on the left is Spilman, the light colored house directly across from the fountain is the current News Services building, and Whichard is on the right.
