Jon Cockerham and Shanne McPherson

Title
Jon Cockerham and Shanne McPherson
Description
From authors: "For us, diversity is a question of pride. Pride to hold each other’s hands as we walk down the street. Pride to hug each other goodbye on an early morning weekday before class. Pride to introduce each other at work or at home. Pride in being happy with ourselves and openly gay, instead of wasting our youth hating ourselves for it. Pride is the cornerstone of our diversity. Together we’ve been able to find a new pride in one another and to bolster each other’s pride in ourselves." Jon is a sophomore with a double major in Communications and Political Science and Shanne is a junior majoring in Criminal Justice.
