BILLING
We understand that all banquet room, food and beverage charges, and any other
charges as designated by you will be direct billed to the address which you have
specified.
Your final attendance number will be due before noon 48 hours prior to your
function date. This is the number that you will guarantee for preparation and
payment. If we do not hear from you within that time, we will prepare and charge
for 20 guests on 10/19, and 75 guests on 10/20 and 10/21, which is the estimated
number you have already given us.
