Description
A typed and signed letter to the Cooper & Whedbee law firm relating to the account of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, which had been billed for lawyer's fees. The bill, for a grand total of $448.26, was approved by the law department. A major segment of the Lewis G. Cooper Papers relate to the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, for whom Skinner, Cooper, and Whedbee were local counsel.
