Good resigned as Commander of Flotilla #304 at the event and was presented with the sword in the photograph. Individuals left-to-right include: unknown individual, J.T. Eldridge, unknown, unknown, Lieutenant Becker, Lieutenant Good, CPOT Charles Judd, and PM1CT Sol Speigel. The event took place at the Orange, N.J. armory. The photograph was taken by Ahrend V. Fox Photographers, East Orange, New Jersey.
