This dual microscope was designed for the comparative examination of various forensic specimens, including bullets, shells, documents and other evidence. It could be equipped with a variety of holders and lighting systems. This one has fiber optic illumination installed and uses source A23. This instrument has a sliding prism, that allows comparing across the specimens without moving them. It is equipped with the American Optical ExpoStar photoelectric exposure control and 35mm camera.
