Description
This anesthetic gas cylinder is part of a combination inhaler. This cylinder most likely held Ethyl-Chloride which was used in the dentistry profession from 1905 to present. The body is made of iron with nickel plating and there is a screw that regulates the dispersal of the gas to the patient. There is also a glass bulb which is the point of attachment for a rubber hose leading to the anesthesia mask.
