Advertisement for Buchu-Paiba depicting a boat with one chimney and two sails sailing in choppy water. An oversize man is at the helm. Other men are along the edge of the boat awaiting to rescue some men that are overboard. On the side of the bottle-like boat are the words: Buchu-Paiba. The heading at the upper left is: "Buchu-Paiba" quick, complete cure all annoying kidney diseases $1. The words floating in the water are: Rescued from kidney and bladder affections. Two flags are attached to the sails; one reads: Rough on Rats and the other reads: Wells Health Renewer. In tiny print on the lower right corner is: Mayer, Merkel & Ottmann, Lith., N.Y. The reverse of the card promotes the following products: Mother Swan's Worm Syrup is for fever, restlessness, constipation and worm destroyer; Rough on Rats is for getting rid of rats, mice, bed bugs, roaches, skunk, moles, and more; Rough on Corns gets rids of corns; For Thick Heads eases heavy stomachs and biliousness; Skinny Men restores health, and cures dyspepsia and impotence; and "Buchu-Paira" cures kidney and urinary diseases.
